I ordered from dunkandbright.com the furniture itself was totally fine. No real complaints there. But the customer service side? That was frustrating. I had to call more than once just to get a simple update, which feels ridiculous when all I’m asking is basically, “Hey, where’s my order?”

To be fair, everyone I talked to was polite, so it wasn’t like they were rude or anything. But they’d say someone would follow up, and then… nothing. I kept having to chase them down, and it turned what should’ve been a straightforward furniture order into this annoying little saga. The furniture worked out, but the communication really needs some work

I’ve only had it a little while, but the couch feels really sturdy and looks great in the room. I was expecting something more like, well, anyway, this one feels like good quality and I’m happy with it.

I’m literally happy with the order overall, I just wish the tracking updates had been a little more accurate

I thought the selection was okay at first, but a lot of the items I wanted ended up showing as unavailable. It made the whole shopping experience a bit frustrating. Overall, I’d say it’s fine if you’re just browsing, but I wouldn’t count on finding everything you need
